Overview
The Media and Government Communication Division conveys the university's image and activities to the public accurately and professionally, and manages its communication with the public, the media and other institutions. Comprising the Media Unit and the Public Relations Unit, it follows a media policy committed to credibility and to government communication guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Setting the university's media policy and following up its application.
- Supervising the media content published on the university website and social media platforms.
- Managing relations with the media and organising official statements.
- Monitoring media coverage of the university and responding where clarification is needed.
- Supervising the organisation of press conferences and official events.
- Documenting university activities and building the university's media archive.
